Chef's Up Front is an annual event held in Miami & Fort Lauderdale to benefit feeding and educating children in lower income areas. The event brings together top chefs from the area to explore and teach cooking to today's youth. The chefs get to "show off" with crazy ingredients and techniques. Not only were we asked to deisgn their recipe book, we were also the sponsored photographer for the event.
